Jack is our Sales Manager and one of the hardest-working people on the team. He has an unbelievable knowledge of products and materials, and if we need something—even if it has to come from halfway around the world—Jack will find it. He’s the guy our sales team goes to when they need an answer, and he’s constantly working with our suppliers to solve problems and keep jobs on schedule. Jack is a true team player, a great guy, and someone who will always do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.

Noe sets the standard for what it means to do quality work. After 15 years in the industry, his work ethic and attention to detail speak for themselves. He has a way of bringing out the best in everyone around him, and when Noe puts his name on a project, you know it’s going to be done right.

Angel is one of our foremen and brings plenty of personality to the job site. His sense of humor and happy spirit have a way of making everyone’s day a little better. You can usually catch him leading the crew or behind the wheel of a truck—but when the temperature gets too high, don’t expect to find him working too hard.

Jonny may be one of the younger guys on the crew, but his consistency speaks for itself. He’s still building his experience in the trade, but you can count on him to show up, work hard, and be there for his teammates. In two years, Jonny hasn’t missed a day of work—a pretty good way to show that he’s serious about becoming great at what he does.

Jorge is an incredibly skilled roofer and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He brings years of experience, a relentless work ethic, and a calm, positive attitude to every job he leads. Roofing runs in the family for Jorge—he works alongside his brothers Manuel and Angel and his nephew Johnny, making him an important part of both our crew and our family.

Comasario brings a wide range of roofing skills to the team, with experience across steep-slope roofing, flat roofs, and custom flashing applications. He’s the kind of technician who can take on the challenging details and knows how to make them come together the right way. His versatility and craftsmanship make him a valuable part of the crew.

Lalo is one of the younger members of our roofing crew, but he’s eager to learn and always looking for an opportunity to improve. Manuel is our Lead Roofer, and there isn’t much in roofing that he can’t do. His skill, precision, and experience put him in a league of his own—he can tackle the toughest jobs and make them look easy. Simply put, Manuel is one of the best roofers you’ll find anywhere in Wisconsin, and we’re lucky to have him leading our crews.

He directs crews, oversees the work in the field, and keeps a close eye on every project as it comes together. He’s usually the first one to arrive and the last one to leave, making sure no detail gets overlooked.

Jacob is our Production Manager and the guy keeping the moving parts of the business in sync. He handles crew and material scheduling, making sure the right people and the right materials are where they need to be. But what really sets Jacob apart is how hard he works—he brings a great attitude every day, never hesitates to help out, and is the kind of teammate who makes the entire company better.
